Durum wholewheat pasta made using the traditional italian wheat "Cappelli" mixed with pure Aloe Vera juice.
It is bronze extruded and dried at low temperature, to maintain all the properties unchanged: both the color and the smell of the dough are not modified, and all the most important components are preserved.
This pasta has low-gluten content, but high percentage of lipids, amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
The Aloe Vera juice ensures easy digestibility and assimilation.
Using a traditional durum wheat which has not undergone genetic mutations (without the modification of a protein constituent of gluten - the gliadin - which is held responsible for celiac disease), it is suitable for people sensitive to disturbances caused by other cereals (e.g. gluten intolerance and allergies).
The fiber contained in the bran, which envelops the grain, and the pure juice of Aloe Vera are a great remedy for constipation.
The high content of minerals and vitamins has a detoxifying and protective action (antioxidant) against free radicals, preventing degenerative diseases and promoting cell regeneration of skin and brain.
